Facebook tells you when your friends are updating their profiles, adding to their blogs or have an account in facebook, they have time to socialize with other friends, amidst the distance and lack of time using facebook.

2. Disadvantage and Advantage of Facebook
                 Facebook have disadvantage like overcrowding, acquaintances be labeled as friends, contributes wide range procrastination, unsupported by physical adjacency, rampant addition, weakening long distance relationship.If their is disadvantage they have advantage like allows user search for new and old friends, allow members to check students who are talking the same class, living within the same area, or coming from the same academy and it makes less difficult when communicating with strangers or people you are not familiar with, it makes simple to join groups having corresponding likes and dislike.

3. What are the characteristic of Facebook? Why many people engage in this site?
                Facebook doesn't begin the conversion, it enhances it, facebook can be a great way to do it. But it comes with extreme diminishing returns, and this goes double with brands that are already well establish. They are non interruptive, at its core, facebook is a communication medium. This isn't always as easy as it sounds but certainly suggest community interaction is essential to adoption. They integrated multiple social mediums.They don't strive for 1:1 communication, but they are active. People engage in facebook because you can search to your friends even they are far. You can communicate with them using facebook. Also it easy to log in and use it because its have a friendsly buttons and instruction on how use facebook.

5. How facebook important in the society today?
                 Time flies quickly, a few years ago people tend to communicate using wired gadgets such as telephones or ham radios. Today, the internet has reshaped our world beyond our imagination. People now uses desktop or laptop computers not just for work but also for entertainment and communication as well.Part of the ever growing popularity of the facebook as a new means of communication is the advent of social networking sites. These are proprietary websites that can be used by common people to post personal profiles, pictures, videos, music and messages. Users of facebook can invite other "friends" to join their site to be able to view and share personal information on one another.
